Planning Approved on Appeal for 3 Houses in Countryside

The acute need for housing was clearly a determinative factor in the Planning Inspector's decision to grant 3 x houses within the countryside and outside of the settlement boundary in the district of Uttlesford. James Hutchison put forward a persuasive case that led to the appeal being allowed. Architects were Potter Church and Holmes.
