Housing Land Supply - Update

In March this year, we published the latest snapshot of how Councils across England are getting on with meeting their housing requirement. The latest figures for June 2022 have just been released by Planning Magazine, and these continue to show many Councils struggling to meet their housing targets. Notable examples include Basildon with a HLS of 1.7 years, Epping Forest with 1.15 years, and Epsom and Ewell having a HLS of just 0.98 years.
